Fall 2010 Schedule – Sept. 20 - Dec. 16

s

Dear All,

The summer is marching on and I am very lucky to be here in Massachusetts where it is still very very hot but the ocean is close by. This is the first time in 3 years the water has actually been warm enough to go into. No, I am not on the Cape but I am in Cohasset which is a town south of Boston on the coast.

I have been quite busy teaching first at Omega and then Joy of Teaching. This week we have my two grand daughters who are 3 and nearly 6 staying with us all by themselves. We are having a great time. I taught an impromptu yoga class last Friday to several young yoga enthusiasts all the grand children of my older brother as well as a few adults. They were such great students I am thinking about maybe doing some more children's classes but have not yet found time in my schedule to do it.

For more about the July issue of the Philadelphia Magazine in which I was featured in the article called Heavenly Bodies you will have to watch for new entires on my blog. I still haven't had more than 4 days off without having to do anything but I am hoping that at least August will give me a chance to really work on my own yoga practice in an intense way since I am not able to go to India in August as I often do.

I am looking forward to the fall classes with you. Again we have an eleven week session so that means we can really work with our yoga for an extended period of time.

I will be posting the teacher training dates shortly. I have a few kinks to work out. If any of you has specific weekends in the spring you know you cannot attend please let me know asap so I can try not to schedule TT for those weekends.

Blessings and wishing you a good rest of the summer.

Joan
